The collab. The Yiddish Club meets Florence Kahn, the Jewish institution of the Marais. An official collaboration that celebrates one of the most beautiful houses of Yiddish cuisine in Paris, and its legendary sandwich: the Big Pletzel.

The story behind the t-shirt At 24 rue des Écouffes, at the corner of rue des Rosiers, Florence Kahn's blue shop has been watching over the Pletzl for decades. Its mosaic facade, listed as a Historic Monument of Paris, dates back to 1932. Behind the window: pastrami, pikelfleish, strudels, babkas, sweet and sour pickles, Polish cheesecakes — all the Ashkenazi heritage, transmitted intact.

And then there's the Big Pletzel. Homemade onion bread, a generous stack of pastrami, pikel, pepper caviar, pickles. The sandwich you share for two on a bench in Place des Vosges, or devour alone, standing, with no regrets.

For whom? For the regulars of rue des Écouffes, the lovers of the Marais, and all those who know that a sandwich can be a heritage. A t-shirt to wear with relish and a little pride.
